    Rice Paper Pancakes

  • Gochujang Sauce

  • Garnish

Directions


  1. Add your vegetables and protein to a bowl and chop them up with scissors.

  2. Add in your egg, corns starch, and soy sauce, and mix everything together.

  3. Over medium heat, oil your pan and add a sheet of wet rice paper.

  4. Add your filling on top and spread evenly, followed by another sheet of we rice paper.

  5. When the bottom is crispy, flip your pancake.

  6. To make you sauce, mix together your gochujang, JBBQ sauce, mayo, minced garlic, and sesame oil.

  7. Cut up your pancake and serve with sliced green onion, sesame seeds, and your gochujang sauce,
