Miso Butter Eggs
Ingredients
3 eggs
1 green onion
1 clove of garlic
1 small knob of ginger
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp miso paste
Water
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Directions
Mince your green onion whites, garlic, and ginger.
Brown your aromatics in your butter on a pan over medium heat.
Add you miso pastas and lightly brown.
Stir in water until your sauce is the consistency you like.
Season with soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
Serve over white rice3 and garnish with your green onion greens.
