    Matcha Chia Pudding

  • Whipped coconut cream

Directions


  1. Add your chia seeds, coconut milk, matcha powder, and honey to a container and mix together.

  2. Let it sit for a couple of hours and up to overnight.

  3. Skim the top of a chilled can of coconut milk to get coconut cream, and 2 tbsp of that to a container.

  4. Froth until thick and creamy, then mix in 1 tsp of honey.

  5. Serve your matcha chia pudding with your whipped coconut cream, and dust with matcha on top.
