  1. Slice your beef slices into 2-3 pieces.

  2. Slice your onion thinly.

  3. Add your water, soy sauce, sugar, and msg to a pan and bring to a simmer.

  4. Add you beef and onion, then add a lid and simmer for 6 minutes.

  5. Serve with white rice, and egg yolk, sliced green onions, and furikake.
