Chinese Steamed Egg

Ingredients


  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp sugar

  • 1/2 tsp msg

  • 1 1/2 cups water

Garnish

  • 1 tbsp chili crisp

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • drizzle of sesame oil

  • minced green onion/cilantro

Directions


  1. Mix together your eggs, salt, sugar, and msg until smooth

  2. Mix in your water

  3. Steam your eggs over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.

  4. Garnish with chili crisp, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced green onion/cilantro.
