  1. Mix together your eggs, salt, sugar, and msg

  2. Get your pan as hot as you can, then add in your oil.

  3. Pour in your eggs and stir rapidly, keeping them moving to prevent overcooking

  4. After about 10 seconds or when your eggs are 90% set, take them off the heat.

  5. Serve over white rice with furikake or your favorite seasonings and sauces.
