Mayak Eggs
Ingredients
4 eggs
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup honey
1/4 onion
1 green onion
4 cloves garlic
1 chili
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Directions
Boil your eggs for 7 minutes, then take them out and put them into an ice bath
Mince your onion, green onion, chili, and garlic, then add to a mason jar.
Add your soy sauce, water, honey, and sesame seeds to your mason jar, and mix everything together.
Add your peeled, boiled eggs to your marinade, then let them sit for at least an hour and up to 4 days.
Enjoy as a snack or over steamed white rice
